Eligibility Screening
The eligibility screening for the upcoming round of LISC CT OEC facilities grant funding will help to determine if your program's facility needs align with the requirements and priorities of the grant funds. Please click the button below to complete the eligibility screening.
Please complete the Eligibility Survey, even if you do not believe you meet the requirements for this round of funding. We will collect the surveys to demonstrate the need for funding for different types of projects. Responses to the survey may help influence technical assistance offerings and future funding rounds for different types of projects.
